Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Children in Care Team based in Northampton. As a Social Worker in this team you will build meaningful relationships with children and young people supporting them through care planning permanency and transitions. Youll work closely with carers families and multi-agency professionals to ensure stability safety and positive outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for childrens voices promote resilience and contribute to long-term success.

About You

Social Work England registered
2 years post-qualified with a completed ASYE
Experienced in safeguarding and working with children in care
A confident communicator and team collaborator
Passionate about supporting children families and achieving positive change
Committed to best practice and continuous development
