Job Title: Junior Technical ICT Solution Sales Engineer (Chinese Speaker)

Job Location: Milan (Italy)

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify network trends customer pain points and improvement opportunities contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and propose tailored technical solutions based on customer requirements network conditions and industry standards.

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of solution planning product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective clients.

• Contribute to achieving market and sales targets by supporting solution development and deployment processes.

• Provide technical support to senior members of the Solution Sales team including documentation research and analysis for ongoing projects.

• Stay up to date with Huaweis cutting-edge network products solutions and industry advancements through continuous learning and training.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering Telecommunications Computer Science Management Engineer Finance Economics or a related discipline graduating between January 2025 and December 2027.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Passion for technology and a keen interest in network solutions customer engagement and innovation.

• Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian. Knowledge of Chinese language is mandatory.
