Position Overview:
Were growing our Central Corporate Strategy Execution team. As a Strategy Execution Lead (Director) you will turn enterprise strategy into action prioritizing initiatives aligning crossfunctional teams and driving focused measurable execution across the business. Youll foster accountability maintain pace and ensure the organization delivers against its most important goals.
What Youll Do:
Lead the daytoday execution of Canada Gooses corporate strategy aligning crossfunctional teams to the companys highestimpact strategic objectives.
Collaborate with leaders and teams across the organization to translate strategy into actionable plans with clear ownership timelines and measures of success.
Hold individuals and teams accountable for their contributions to the strategys execution tracking milestones deliverables and ensuring timely completion.
Proactively solve problems with structured thinking curiosity and urgency bringing solutions to the table.
Use data dashboards and AI tools to surface insights measure progress and coursecorrect quickly.
Monitor and report candidly on key metrics risks and opportunities challenging the status quo with courage and care.
Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency leading through influence and encouraging a consumercentric mindset.
Key Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree; MBA or relevant Masters degree preferred but not
5 to 10 years of experience in strategic development and execution business management and transformational change with relevant experience in management consulting or corporate strategy
Experience leading complex high-profile strategic projects managing cross-functional teams and providing thought leadership in a senior role
Willingness to be candid with colleagues at all levels and to challenge the status quo introducing new ideas and adapting quickly to changing business needs
Able to approach problems with creativity organize and structure analysis effectively and develop practical solutions to complex challenges
Data-driven and expert in analyzing and leveraging data to inform decisions and measure progress
Operate with pace and are actively experimenting with AI to drive speed
Able to build meaningful relationships positively influence stakeholders and foster collaboration across different teams and levels
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences

Salary Range:
$137000.00 - $171000.00 / yearAbout the salary range: Were committed to being open and fair about pay. The range provided is intended as a guideline and does not represent a guaranteed offer.
