• Arrive on time and open the store independently or with a small team
• Prepare and brew coffee espresso and other beverages according to PJs standards
• Set up the store for daily operations (brewing stocking pastry display cleanliness)
• Ensure all equipment is operational and ready for peak morning hours
• Provide fast friendly and accurate service to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and back of house
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support team members during morning rush periods

• Monday Friday: Must be available to arrive by 5:00 AM
• Weekends: Must be available to arrive by 5:30 AM
• Flexibility to work both weekdays and some weekends is required

• Reliable transportation and strong punctuality required
• Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
• Dependable self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus but not required
