$37.50 - $56.25We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable RN to join our Resource Float Nurse Adult Med/Surg this role you will provide high-quality nursing care across various units within our facility ensuring that each patient receives the attention and support they need for optimal recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in Adult Med/Surg settings.
- Float to different units as needed providing support and expertise in patient care.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient conditions vital signs and respond to changes in patient status promptly.
- Educate patients and families on care plans medication and post-discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of GA
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Current BLS for Healthcare Provider status according to AHA
