AmLaw 100 Firm Trusts & Estates (High Net Worth / Ultra-High Net Worth) Senior Associate (5 Years)
An AmLaw 100 firm is looking to add a Senior Associate to its Trusts & Estates group in Naples.
This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working closely with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families advising on sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll be handling a mix of advanced planning and administration including:
- Estate gift and GST tax planning
- Drafting complex estate planning documents
- Trust and estate administration
- Managing sophisticated multi-layered client matters
This is a highly client-facing role with the opportunity to build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
What Theyre Looking For
- 5 years of trusts & estates experience
- Strong background in advanced estate and tax planning
- Experience working with high net worth clients (UHNW a plus)
- Ability to manage complex projects and client relationships
- Strong writing analytical and communication skills
