Purpose What Youll Do
As a Client Strategy Associate (CSA) youll support our Pods Client Strategy teams by helping ensure client strategy processes are executed consistently and effectively. Youll work closely with General Managers Technical Account Managers and cross-functional teams to improve client health retention and satisfaction.
Your work will include:
- Supporting executive business reviews (EBRs) and client check-ins through scheduling preparation data analysis and follow-up
- Monitoring client health trends and surfacing risks or opportunities using dashboards and reports
- Helping drive resolution for client issues disputes and escalations across teams
- Supporting onboarding renewals invoicing and client communications using Endsight best practices
- Collaborating with Finance Professional Services Support and Sales to ensure a cohesive client experience
- For experienced CSAs managing a small portfolio of clients to ensure they realize value from Endsights solutions

Experience & Skills
Were looking for someone with 35 years of relevant experience such as:
- Client success account coordination or service delivery roles
- MSP SaaS or professional services environments
- Cross-functional client-facing work involving operations finance or support
Youll be successful if you bring:
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience working in CRM and/or PSA tools
- Confidence managing recurring workflows (reporting scheduling invoicing support escalations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A service-oriented mindset and steady approach under pressure
