Manufacturing Engineer I

This engineer assists in the planning and designing of basic manufacturing processes in an industrial plant.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist with the application of basic engineering principles to perform routine design fabrication modification and evaluation in support of manufacturing operations.
• Assist in conducting analyses or tests of a routine degree of complexity pertaining to the development of new methods materials processes or standards and provide recommendations accordingly.
• Assist in the preparation of plans process specifications and procedures production aids and assembly fixtures MRP support studies factory cost work standards and assignments of similar complexity.
• Assign work to drafters and technicians as needed.

• Requires a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
• Familiarity with analytical and CAD software.
• Knowledge of design techniques tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans blueprints drawings and models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $66000 - $86100annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
