We are currently seeking aSenior Systems Engineerto support operations inRiverside CA.This position is contingent on contractaward with an expected start date inJuly 2026.This is afull-timeCONUS/OCONUSposition requiring an activeDoDSecretclearance.

Thisposition may besubject to theService Contract Labor StandardsAct(SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).

The base salary range for this role is$92K - $150Kannually depending on geographic location and experience. The final offer will be based on relevant experience skills internal equity and market data.

WhatYoullDo

As aSenior Systems Engineer you will play a critical role inevaluating analyzing and integrating complex communications systems and infrastructure to ensure interoperability performance and reliability across mission-critical environments that serve U.S. government missions overseas/the Cambridge corporate will:

• Evaluate and analyze C4I communications capabilities including system performance interoperability and operational effectiveness

• Assess C4I infrastructure capacity andidentifyimprovements to support mission requirements

• Analyze integration of radar sensor inputs and IP-based communications systems

• Support engineering efforts related to system upgrades enhancements and technology refresh initiatives

• Troubleshoot complex system issues across AMOSS ISR and telecommunications environments

• Provide technical recommendations to improve system reliability scalability and performance

• Support configuration management and system baseline control processes

• Collaborate with engineering operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless system integration

• Support installation testing and validation of new systems and enhancements

• Participate in technical reviews engineering assessments and mission planning activities

• Ensure compliance with security requirements operational procedures and system standards

Required Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or related field; experience may substitute10years of relevant experience

  • Evaluating and analyzing C4I communications capability and interoperability

  • Evaluating and analyzing C4I communications infrastructure capability capacity and interoperability

  • Evaluating and analyzing the installation of C4I serial and IP radar and other sensor input

  • Evaluating and analyzing network cabling and infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards configuration requirements and policy

  • Conducting bandwidth analysis of network and communications infrastructure to ensure efficient and stable operations

  • Overseeing and verifying system network and communications wiring diagrams and data flow technical documentation

• Technical Expertise:

  • Project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent

  • Collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint

• Certifications:

  • Must have a current and activeDoDSecretsecurity clearance.

  • Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies

Travel & Passport

• Both CONUS and OCONUSby motor vehicle and/or air travelmay berequired; some overnight stays possible.

  • OCONUS locations include:

    • Aguadilla Puerto Rico

• Must have an activepassportto supportOCONUS travel and/or living requirements.

Work Environment

• Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as perVaccine Recommendations by AOR .

• This position requiresworking in a stressful environment dealing with conflict working under pressure and with strict deadlinesfocusand attention to detail

Office setting:

• Primarily an office-based role inRiverside CA

• Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site.

• Must be able to work in an office environment sitting at a desk looking at a computerformost ofthe workday.

• Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting walking standing etc.

• May berequiredto travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
