We are currently seeking aSenior Systems Engineerto support operations inRiverside CA.This position is contingent on contractaward with an expected start date inJuly 2026.This is afull-timeCONUS/OCONUSposition requiring an activeDoDSecretclearance.
Thisposition may besubject to theService Contract Labor StandardsAct(SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).
The base salary range for this role is$92K - $150Kannually depending on geographic location and experience. The final offer will be based on relevant experience skills internal equity and market data.

As aSenior Systems Engineer you will play a critical role inevaluating analyzing and integrating complex communications systems and infrastructure to ensure interoperability performance and reliability across mission-critical environments that serve U.S. government missions overseas/the Cambridge corporate will:
Evaluate and analyze C4I communications capabilities including system performance interoperability and operational effectiveness
Assess C4I infrastructure capacity andidentifyimprovements to support mission requirements
Analyze integration of radar sensor inputs and IP-based communications systems
Support engineering efforts related to system upgrades enhancements and technology refresh initiatives
Troubleshoot complex system issues across AMOSS ISR and telecommunications environments
Provide technical recommendations to improve system reliability scalability and performance
Support configuration management and system baseline control processes
Collaborate with engineering operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless system integration
Support installation testing and validation of new systems and enhancements
Participate in technical reviews engineering assessments and mission planning activities
Ensure compliance with security requirements operational procedures and system standards

Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or related field; experience may substitute10years of relevant experience
Evaluating and analyzing C4I communications capability and interoperability
- Evaluating and analyzing C4I communications infrastructure capability capacity and interoperability
Evaluating and analyzing the installation of C4I serial and IP radar and other sensor input
- Evaluating and analyzing network cabling and infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards configuration requirements and policy
Conducting bandwidth analysis of network and communications infrastructure to ensure efficient and stable operations
- Overseeing and verifying system network and communications wiring diagrams and data flow technical documentation
Technical Expertise:
- Project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent
Collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
Certifications:
- Must have a current and activeDoDSecretsecurity clearance.
Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Travel & Passport
Both CONUS and OCONUSby motor vehicle and/or air travelmay berequired; some overnight stays possible.

Work Environment
Compliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as perVaccine Recommendations by AOR .
This position requiresworking in a stressful environment dealing with conflict working under pressure and with strict deadlinesfocusand attention to detail
Office setting:
Primarily an office-based role inRiverside CA
Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site.
Must be able to work in an office environment sitting at a desk looking at a computerformost ofthe workday.
Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting walking standing etc.
May berequiredto travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
