Job Summary
This is a temporary position until September 12th 2026.
Laboratory professionals are key members of todays health care team and quality medical care depends on them. Every day nurses physicians and other medical workers rely on laboratory professionals to perform tests on body fluids and tissue samples interpret the results and help provide a complete picture of a patients health. Without this precise and valuable information medicine would simply be guesswork.
This position is a generalist position working primarily in chemistry and hematology.
Schedule:
- Full-time temporary role 80 hours every two weeks Onsite
- Days 8-hour shifts Shifts between 5am-3pm
- Every other weekend and rotating holidays
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $33.61 per hour and increases with experience
Pay range:$30.65 - $45.98 per hour

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors degree with necessary science/math credits as required and verified by the ASCP Board of Certification (BOC). New graduates degree must be validated within 2 months post-graduation
- ASCP-BOC certified within 6 months with first exam completed within 3 months of hire with certification verified within six weeks of exam
- Recent experience of two or more years in large acute care facility preferred
- Transportation available for off campus laboratory related activities may be required.
- A valid Minnesota drivers license a driving record in good standing and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required.
