Main Purpose of Job
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Executive-level experience that includes the supervision of a multidisciplinary leadership team such as Clinical Financial and Operating Directors within a behavioral health or residential treatment setting
- Experience developing and managing multi-million dollar operating budgets and capital expenditure plans
- Experience overseeing facility-wide operations to ensure strict regulatory compliance with The Joint Commission CMS and state licensing standards
