Automotive Parts Advisor

Job Responsibilities

• Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership.
• Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
• Handle parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and collision repair shop.
• Pack and ship parts back to the manufacturer occasionally and complete the appropriate record keeping.
• Refer to the parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make model and year of vehicles being serviced.
• Full Time and Part Time positions available

Job Requirements

• 2 years Automotive Parts Experience
• Automotive knowledge including: inventory systems vehicle systems such as brakes suspension/steering electrical engines fuel systems air conditioning/heating and engines
• Internet sales experience a PLUS
• Excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills in person and via phone
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience PREFERRED
• Team oriented
• Problem solving
• Multitasking in a high volume environment (you wont get bored here!)
• Ability to be flexible to help department achieve its goals!
