Overview

We are seeking an adept Project Manager to independently manage conventional projects of moderate scope and complexity. This individual works under the general guidance of a senior leader and is responsible for the full project lifecycle including financial performance and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will support our growth initiatives. We are expanding our team and are looking for innovative forward-thinking people who enjoy challenges and want to add value to project success across AtkinsRéalis.

This opportunity will be based in Henderson NV.

Your role

• Project Planning & Execution: Independently develops and manages project work plans schedules and budgets takes corrective actions as necessary
• Financial Management: Actively manages project budgets and profitability. Analyzes financial reports and ensures timely billing and collections
• Client & Contract Management: Serves as the primary point of contact on assigned projects. Drafts routine contract addenda and change orders for review by senior management
• Team Leadership: Directs and coordinates the work of the project team. Provides informal guidance to Associate PMs and technical staff.

About you

• Bachelors degree Required
• 6-10 years of professional experience with 3-5 years of project management
  experience.
• PMP Certification CCM (Certified Construction Manager) or equivalent is
  desirable or actively working towards certification
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong client focus. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Superior communication skills including the ability to facilitate meetings communicate with virtual and large teams and build a high level of credibility with staff and clients.

Additional information

Expected compensation range is between $110700 - $150000 annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
