Position Overview

Axis Physiotherapy Institute is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Fort Walton Beach Florida.

The ideal candidate is a personable clinician with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships with patients and providing high-quality evidence-based care.

This role offers the opportunity to treat a diverse orthopedic caseload while working alongside a supportive team in a therapist-owned private practice. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive guidance and mentorship.

Caseload & Clinical Opportunities

The Physical Therapist hired will treat patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload including:

• Orthopedic injuries

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Functional movement limitations

• General musculoskeletal conditions

Clinicians are encouraged and supported in developing specialties pursuing certifications and expanding their clinical skills.

Full-time PTs can expect approximately 60 patient visits per week.

Schedule

• Clinic hours: MondayFriday

• No weekends

• No major holidays

• Must be available until 6:00 PM two days per week

Full-time clinicians can work approximately 40 hours/week. Part-time candidates with 20 hours and availability on at least three weekdays will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required

• Eligible for Florida Physical Therapist licensure

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

• New graduates welcome mentorship provided

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
