What were looking for:

• 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for games (Middle to Senior level)

• Strong sense of visual style with the ability to work across stylized and modern realistic directions

• Solid skills in graphic design and visual composition

• Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles usability and layout adaptation

• Strong knowledge of color theory typography and visual hierarchy

• Hands-on experience with Photoshop Figma Illustrator (or similar tools)

• Ability to design interfaces end-to-end: from wireframes and flows to polished UI

• Experience creating in-game UI elements (HUDs menus pop-ups icons etc.)

• Portfolio with released commercial game projects

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• Passion for games and the game industry
  

• Experience interpreting game metrics and usability testing results

• Understanding of free-to-play mechanics and player behavior
  

• Design intuitive and visually compelling game interfaces and UX flows

• Collaborate with Art Directors Game Designers and Producersto align UI/UX with gameplay goals

• Create wireframes user flows and high-fidelity mockups

• Design HUDs menus and UI systems that enhance player experience

• Contribute to visual consistency and overall game feel

• Iterate based on feedback usability insights and live metrics
