Business Operations:Mon - Thurs 9am - 9pm and Fri - Sun 9am - 6pm

Are you passionate about supporting peoples development teaching and creating an exceptional student experience We are seeking a Faculty Manager to join our college playing a pivotal role in academic this position you will drive faculty development performance and engagement ensuring staff have the tools guidance and support to thrive.
This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders champion professional growth uphold compliance and quality standards and enhance both student satisfaction and staff experience. You will lead recruitment onboarding and training shaping a collaborative high-performing academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment onboarding and ongoing development for permanent fixed-term and associate faculty.
Support faculty performance management including workload planning KPIs appraisals and professional development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery and positive student outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to staff addressing feedback performance issues and compliance matters.
Facilitate faculty development initiatives across teaching digital learning and quality enhancement areas.
Monitor and communicate student and staff feedback to inform continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in higher education management faculty development and training.
Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in a regulated sector.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and diplomacy.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across complex organisational structures.
Experience in recruitment curriculum development and quality management is highly desirable.
Educated to degree level with a Masters preferred or equivalent professional experience.
