Job Summary:
The Sales and Solutions Coordinator plays a critical role insupporting the sales team ensuring smooth client interactions and developingtailored solutions to meet customer needs. This role involves coordinatingsales processes managing customer inquiries preparing quotes andcollaborating with internal teams to enhance overall client satisfaction. This is an in-office 5 days/week role.
Pay range: $50000 - $60000 annually
Responsibilities:- Accurately enter process and monitor customer orders in Microsoft Dynamics ERP to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Identify and source products outside of Entripys standard offering to meet customer needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for order updates inquiries and issue resolution.
- Work closely with the sales team to process orders efficiently and provide necessary documentation.
- Communicate with external suppliers to source products and obtain pricing information.
- Identify opportunities to streamline order entry and tracking procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the ERP system
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar order management systems.
- 2 years of experience in order processing sales coordination or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
