Your Opportunity to SHINE ON:

The Graphic Designer & Digital Coordinator is our visualleaderand digital storyteller responsible for stewarding the identity and digital presence of the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg. This role serves as a hands-on creative lead developing multimedia brand and marketing collateral that advances our mission and supports member acquisition goals.

While you will be a hands-on lead in crafting sophisticated graphic identities and brand collateral you will also curate our digital presenceshaping the look and feel of our social platforms marketing campaigns and communications efforts. Working in coordination with internal teams and external partners you will ensure every touchpoint is not just consistent but inspiring and designed to perform.

HOWyoullcreate Moments that Matter:

  • Developand build-outdistinct impactful visualprofilesfor our events initiativesand integrated marketing campaigns(digital print OOH video and more).
  • Shape and manage the organizationsorganicdigital presence includingregular website maintenancesocial media strategy content calendarsemail newsletters and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams andlead ourexternalpartners to deliver high-quality creative solutions that meet strategic goals.
  • Manage in-house and sourced photo and video shoots editingproductionand execution.
  • Regularly useanalytics and insightstounderstand andimprove campaign performance and audience engagement.

Youllbring:

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design Creative Communications Digital Media or a related field with 3 years of relevantprofessionalexperience
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of UX/CX web standards and content management systems
  • Strong experience leading creative and production processes including interpreting briefs developing campaign concepts and hands-on execution of complete ad suites
  • Experiencein digital marketing including social media SEO/SEMdisplayadvertisingand analytics tools (e.g. Google Ads GA4)
  • Excellent collaboration organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for creativity innovation and using design to make a meaningful community impact
