Job Summary

Join the ECI Groups Professional Technical Services Network as anContract Software Engineer Endur.This is a Houston based contract role with an anticipated 7-month duration. Note: You must be a US Citizen or Permanent US Resident to qualify for this position.

About the Role
This is areplacement role (backfill)supporting Shells Trading & Supply IT organization within theCrude North America portfolio. The resource will join an Agile Product Delivery Team focused onEndur and Oil Data Warehouse (ODW)systems.The role is a mix ofhands-on development production support with ownership across defect resolution enhancements and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop enhance and maintainEndur-based applications
Supportproduction issues triaging and resolution(L2/L3 support)
Deliverdefect fixes enhancements and small projects
Createtechnical designs estimates and documentation
Work withinAgile delivery teams(sprints backlog prioritization)
SupportChange & Problem Management via ServiceNow
Troubleshoot and resolveEndur ODW-related issues end-to-end
Partner withbusiness stakeholders and IT teamsacross Trading & Supply

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

Endur (Openlink) strong hands-on development experience
Java(core development)
PL/SQL / Oracle SQL(advanced level)
Experience supportingEndur in production environments
Experience withincident/problem management code triaging
Strongrequirements analysis and technical design skills

Nice to Have

Experience withOil Data Warehouse (ODW)
Exposure to.NET
Prior experience inenergy trading / commodities (Crude T&S)
Familiarity withServiceNow workflows
