About the Role

The Field Recruiter owns full-cycle high-volume recruiting across Renuitys field operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent that directly impacts business performance and growth with a strong focus on frontline marketing and sales representatives.

What Youll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles from requisition intake through offer acceptance

  • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to align on hiring needs and priorities

  • Source screen and qualify candidates using job boards social media referrals and outreach

  • Maintain active candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring demand

  • Coordinate interviews gather feedback and guide hiring decisions

  • Deliver a consistent timely and professional candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in the ATS

  • Support hiring events job fairs and outreach initiatives as needed

What Were Looking For

  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish.

  • 13 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting ideally in a high-volume environment - hospitality food and beverage direct marketing direct sales experience - a plus!

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates hiring managers and cross-functional partners.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and professionalism.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS and HRIS systems required (Ashby experience is a plus).

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
