We are seeking a motivated and personable Transportation Sales Representative to join our team in Irving TX . In this role youll guide clients through the process of booking reliable and comfortable charter transportation for their group travel needs ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build relationships with corporate groups schools event planners and other clients seeking group transportation.
• Solutions-Oriented Sales: Identify client needs and recommend customized charter solutions to meet their travel goals.
• Account Management: Provide exceptional service to maintain client satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.
• Quoting & Booking: Prepare accurate quotes confirm bookings and oversee trip details to ensure every journey exceeds expectations.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about trends in group transportation to provide expert guidance and support sales efforts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations dispatch and customer service teams to ensure trips run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years in sales customer service or account management preferably in transportation or hospitality.
• Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Technology: Proficiency with CRM tools booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge: Understanding of charter or group transportation services is a plus but not required.
