Job Summary
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. This job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline.
Base Business (75%)
Practical/Technical understanding within cell.
Day-to-day cell support.
Equipment work orders CDF FAI QT execution.
NC/CAPA ownership.
Safety/Quality investigation support.
Equipment validation support.
Change control.
Process Improvement/Project Support (25%)
Data/metric analysis.
Understanding of financial line items (labor scrap factory materials standard hours absorption).
Execution support of improvement projects.
Mentors Engineering Technicians on technical writing and principles.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering

Analyze and evaluate processes for continuous improvement.
Analyze and resolve complex manufacturing issues.

Offer guidance and technical advice to technicians operators and engineers assisting in skill development and providing constructive feedback.

$83400 - $133100 USD Annual
