Are You Boosters Next Screen Operator
Booster Gear is seeking a Screen Press Operator to join our growing team! The preferred Screen Press Operator will be an energetic organized and dependable individual who demonstrates a can-do attitude towards finishing a job and striving for results daily. The qualified candidate will have the ability to work efficiently and effectively as well as exhibit exceptional attention to detail and press leadership as well as organize the production.
What Youll Bring to the Table:
Basic knowledge of setup and breakdown of screens squeegees and flood-bars
Ability to assist in setting up multi-color jobs (23 colors) and follow screen sequences
Familiarity with plastisol inks (experience with other ink types is a plus)
Ability to follow production instructions and work orders accurately
Assist with production tasks such as ink mixing and basic troubleshooting on press
Maintain quality standards with attention to detail
Ability to meet daily production goals and work under deadlines
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication skills (verbal and basic written)
Basic organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving mindset with ability to escalate issues when needed
Assist with monitoring supplies (inks chemicals etc.)
Basic computer skills
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Will be frequently required to stand walk and stoop.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds.

Work Hours: 7:00 A.M - 3:30 P.M Monday-Friday
