Responsibilities

We are looking for an FP&A Intern to join our Finance organization. This role will focus and gain exposure to key leaders in different business domains ranging from Product to Sales. This individual will have an opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced collaborative team and will gain first hand exposure to Workatos financial planning close and reporting processes.

In this role you will specifically be exposed and responsible for:

• Partnership and direct interaction with key leaders in support of their business objectives and financial planning success

• Assisting in core financial planning and close processes including downstream budget/cost reporting and analyses for senior leadership

• Identifying opportunities to streamline internal processes to enhance process efficiency(As needed)

• Supporting leadership in ad-hoc analyses and presentations as they may arise

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Finance or a similar field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint etc.) and Google Docs Editors (Sheets Slides etc.).

• Strong problem solving skills are a must.

• Strong analytical intuition and skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently is a must.

• Excellent communications both verbal and written.

• Previous FP&A or Finance-related internship experience is a plus.
