What Youll Do

• Lead by example by working directly with customers
• Support and guide a small team of representatives
• Help train new team members on communication and customer interactions
• Assist with daily team check-ins and motivation
• Ensure a positive and productive team environment
• Contribute to team hiring and onboarding efforts

Youll split your time between team support training and customer interaction staying hands-on while building leadership experience.

Schedule

• Full-time: MondayFriday 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Optional weekend opportunities

Pay & Earning Potential

• $55000 $85000/year (base bonuses)
• Average weekly earnings: $1000 $1500
• Additional earnings through team support and leadership responsibilities
