JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying developing and closing new business opportunities within an assigned territory. This role focuses on delivering strategic technology solutions across core practice areas including Security Cloud Networking Data & Analytics Artificial Intelligence (AI) Managed Services and Innovation Services. The Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor to clients leveraging a strong understanding of how technology enables business transformation operational efficiency and competitive advantage. This individual manages the full sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and discovery through solution design proposal development negotiation and close. The role requires leading executive-level discussions to uncover business and technical challenges assess client needs and align tailored solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Drive revenue growth within assigned territory and named accounts by prospecting qualifying and closing new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships through strategic cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales quota and performance targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Deliver year-over-year growth in overall productandservices revenue within the assigned territory.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including account mapping territory planning relationship development solution positioning business case creation negotiation and contract execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related matters developing a deep understanding of each clients business objectives operational challenges and industry landscape.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders including C-level executives to align technology solutions with strategic business priorities.
- Champion the proposed solution internally and externally ensuring a seamless transition from sales to delivery while remaining engaged post-implementation to identify future growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge ofTrace3s solutions portfolio strategic partners and target markets to effectively position differentiated value.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive customer retention satisfaction and account expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering delivery and leadership teams to ensure alignment manage client expectations and deliver theTrace3Total Customer Experience.
REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of8years experience as an individual contributor sellingenterprise levelprofessional/technology services managed services or end user solutions
- History of successfully selling into Fortune750companieswithindustry knowledge of IT services and products
- Experience preparing writing creating and delivering value-add sales solution presentations and proposals
- Experience in security cloud or data& analyticssales isrequired
- Excellent understanding of business environments and challenges of IT operations in an enterprise level corporation
- Strong understanding of how clients use technology to meet business objectives
- Strong financial and business acumen with understanding of a multi-faceted business operation
- Excellent oral written communication and presentation skills with an ability to present technical issues training sessions and demos to C-Level Executives and non-technical audience
- Highly organized detail-oriented excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced high-volume and evolving work environment
- Ability to approach customer and sales requests with a proactive and consultative manner;listen toand understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver
- Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
- Motivated self-starter who loves to solve challenging problems
- Ability to travel; holdsa valid drivers license

Required Experience:
IC
