Job Description

As a EDM Operator at NTS Hengelo you work on ultra-precise parts for the most demanding customers in the high-tech industry. With wire and/or sink erosion you create shapes and tolerances where conventional machining stops. You know what it means to work with small parts and you are proud of what is on the measuring bench at the end of the day. You work in a team of skilled colleagues where quality and collaboration are central. There is room to further develop yourself in the field and your dedication and flexibility are appreciated.

Furthermore your tasks are:

• Setting up and operating wire and/or sink erosion machines to manufacture precision parts;

• Monitoring quality and dimensions during and after processing;

• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a smooth production process.

Requirements

We are looking for a precise and motivated craftsman with an affinity for precision work and technology.

• Completed vocational education level 3 in Mechanical Engineering Precision Engineering or LiS or a similar level of work and thinking through experience;

• Sense of precision and small work meticulous and quality-oriented;

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts including weekend shifts;

• Good command of the English language in word and writing due to work instructions and communication on the work floor.

• Salary from 3200 to 4300 gross per month depending on experience and qualifications;
