We have an opportunity for multiple Production Operators.
We are building a talent pipeline for Production Operators to support our manufacturing operations. This posting is intended to identify candidates interested in opportunities as either a Component Preparation Operator or a Filling Operator. Both roles draw from the same core skill set and operate within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Shifts: Various shifts (days afternoon weekends) 24/7 operation
Job Summary
Successful candidates may be assigned to one of these roles based on operational needs experience and training.
Component Preparation Operator Brief Description
Component Preparation Operators are responsible for the inspection labeling packaging and preparation of components used in production. This role ensures that all materials meet quality standards and are prepared in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Key focus areas include component inspection documentation line clearance and quality checks to support downstream production processes.
Filling Operator Brief Description
Filling Operators support the manufacturing and filling of pharmaceutical products operating and maintaining filling equipment while ensuring product quality and compliance. This hands-on role involves equipment setup cleaning material preparation and in-process quality control within a controlled environment.
The Filling Operator plays a critical role in delivering safe effective and high-quality products.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
Depending on assignment responsibilities may include:
- Preparing inspecting labeling and packaging components or finished product
- Operating assembling disassembling and cleaning production equipment
Completing batch records logbooks and production documentation accurately - Performing in-process quality checks visual inspections and testing
- Following gowning sanitation and line clearance procedures
- Identifying and escalating equipment or process issues to supervisors
- Maintaining compliance with GMP safety and regulatory requirements
- Supporting housekeeping and maintaining clean work areas
- Collaborating with team members to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing plant environment with required PPE

Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma required
- College certification/diploma or equivalent experience is considered an asset
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in pharmaceutical food or cosmetic manufacturing is an asset
- Mechanical aptitude or comfort working with equipment is preferred

Payrate - $22-24/hour Shift premium
