WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Perform pro-active call and sales campaigns to promote Assantes product offerings to existing and potential clients
• Generating referrals for your respective wholesalers
• Perform account management and customer service duties for established clients
• Respond to inquiries on products fund management strategies portfolio manager philosophies/processes/styles and industry trends
• Develop sales campaigns and materials and assist in the delivery of sales presentations
• Assist in responses to due diligence questionnaires
• Perform (monthly quarterly etc.) territorial sales and asset reporting
• Collect client and competitor information from Internet and other sources
• Work closely with and support efforts of other team members
• Assist in administrative functions as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Post-secondary education
• Bilingual French/ English a Must
• Financial services designations (e.g. CSC CFP CIM CFA)
• Minimum 2 years financial services industry experience
• Requires sound knowledge of securities mutual fund products and investment industry
• Excellent PC skills esp. MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in managing relationships with clients
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions for clients

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is$55000to$95000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget.
