Equitable is looking for a highly dynamic Branch Operations Manager to join our team!This position is an Onsite work position based out of our Woodbridge NJ office

What Youll Be Doing

  • Serve as a point of contact for Ops inquiries/issues
  • Operations Projects & Branch Initiatives Administration
  • Contract tracking and support
  • Leadership growth support
  • AP/tracking
  • New Business Support
  • Technical onboarding for local advisors
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Book of Business Transitions Support
  • Vendor relations
  • Assist DMs OM with onboarding escalations
  • Partner with Complex Operations

The base salary range for this position is $61000 - $88000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3 years of experience in business is preferred
  • Technical aptitude
  • Able to work closely with both the leadership team and advisors
  • Ability to function independently and work well with a team

Skills

Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives projects groups or activities making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies practices and tools for administering projects.

Results Orientation: Knowledge of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets; ability to drive critical activities to completion.

Staff and Career Development: Knowledge of available internal and external learning resources and ability to address learning training and career development needs of individuals teams or organization.
