Job Summary
In this role you will impact the overall success of our business by enhancing client engagement increasing revenue and fostering long-term partnerships. Your ability to understand client requirements and align them with Honeywells innovative solutions will be key to achieving our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an existing account base
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Must have working knowledge of Fire HVAC or Security systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software or Solutions sales.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in developing strategic account plans and managing client expectations.
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
The annual base salary range for this position is $114000 - $142000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
This role is incentive eligible.
