Job Summary
Beaverhead Motors is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dillon this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service while also assisting with picture taking and inventory management to help ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Take high-quality pictures of vehicles and inventory items for marketing and record-keeping purposes
- Manage inventory records and update systems accurately
- Assist in organizing and maintaining showroom and lot appearance
- Support sales and service departments as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic photography skills with attention to detail
- Experience in inventory management or willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and common software applications
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
