We are seeking an experienced Parts Counter-person with CDJR / Stellantis brand experience to support our service and sales operations. If you take pride in accuracy efficiency and helping technicians and customers get the right part the first timewe want to talk to you.

What Youll Do

  • Support service technicians advisors and retail/wholesale customers at the front and back parts counter
  • Accurately identify price and supply Stellantis / CDJR parts and accessories
  • Utilize Stellantis parts catalogs and DMS systems to source and order parts
  • Process parts orders special orders returns and warranty/core transactions
  • Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking binning and cycle counts
  • Communicate part availability ETAs and substitutions clearly and professionally
  • Collaborate closely with service and sales teams to keep workflows moving efficiently
  • Deliver consistent high-level customer service while maintaining attention to detail
  • Stay current on CDJR product updates supersessions and part changes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

What Youll Bring

  • Previous Parts Counter experience required
  • CDJR / Stellantis brand experience strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of automotive systems parts terminology and fast-moving inventory
  • Proficiency with OEM parts catalogs DMS systems and basic computer applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
  • Professional communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Reliability accountability and a problem-solving attitude
