About the Role
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts and Service Support Representative to join our team. This role combines customer service warehouse operations and sales making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping customers succeed.
Youll play a key role in keeping customers operational by accurately fulfilling parts orders identifying customer needs and recommending solutions that drive uptime and add value.
What Youll Do
- Respond to dealer and customer inquiries via phone and email
- Identify and recommend parts using diagrams and product documentation
- Accurately enter and manage orders through our ERP system
- Pick pack and ship orders with speed and accuracy
- Proactively suggest related and preventative maintenance parts
- Assist with inventory control cycle counts and receiving stock
- Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment
- Promote service programs and solutions to support customers and drive sales
