ALPHA Landscapes is a 100% new-construction focused landscape firm working with the top general contractors and developers in the area. ALPHA Landscapes started with a pickup truck and a wheelbarrow in 2018 and has now grown into one of the largest commercial landscape construction firms in Iowa with top of the line trucks and equipment and 40 employees operating out of our Johnston office.

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing yet stable company with typical hours between 40-60 weekly March-December pay starting at $18-23/Hr depending on experience

What does a typical day look like at ALPHA

• Arriving to the shop on-time to assist crew leaders with loading trucks & trailer with materials & equipment for the day
• Utilizing hand tools skid loaders augers and tillers to install trees shrubs edging mulch rock and other miscellaneous landscaping on commercial jobsites
• Maintaining a clean jobsite and vehicle
• Working effectively with other team members and supervisors

• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Be Punctual hardworking and willing to learn!
