We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team drive revenue growth and enhance the customer buying experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales leadership experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

As a Sales Manager at CMA you will:

• Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team performance.
• Foster a customer-focused sales culture ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.
• Manage inventory levels pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Recruit train and retain top sales talent.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends market conditions and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:

• 35 years of automotive sales experience with at least 12 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (e.g. Dealertrack CDK VinSolutions).
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
