Program Director
Division: Behavioral Health & Community Services (BHCS)
Location: 300 Battles Street Brockton MA
Hours: 3040 hours/week
Hourly Rate: $25.00 $28.05/hour
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports To: Director of Operations BHCS

What Youll Do:
Provide strategic planning coalition building program leadership and fiscal oversight to drive community health improvement initiatives.
Strategic Planning & Program Development
Establish implement and evaluate program goals addressing communityspecific needs
Determine program direction and growth opportunities
Develop and update policies procedures and protocols aligned with best practices
Coalition & Stakeholder Engagement
Build partnerships with community organizations health departments and stakeholders
Represent BAMSI and BHCS at community events and meetings
Collaborate with BHCS programs to support individuals and families served
Leadership & Supervision
Recruit interview hire supervise and train volunteers interns or staff
Coordinate daily program activities and support team development
Participate in BAMSI leadership meetings and building director meetings
Monitoring Evaluation & Sustainability
Develop metrics to track outcomes impact and performance
Ensure compliance with agency policies related to quality management HR facilities training and marketing
Identify grant opportunities and longterm partnerships to sustain programs
Fiscal Oversight
Monitor program budgets expenditures and fiscal performance
Support contract development utilization and reporting
Collaborate with the Director of Operations on funding proposals grants and program expansion
Perform duties consistent with agency policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Public Health Public Administration Social Work or related field required
Masters degree preferred
Experience:
12 years of experience in program management community engagement or nonprofit work
Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with community leaders and stakeholders
Experience developing initiatives addressing housing food security transportation and other social needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology (Microsoft Office collaboration tools)
Commitment to health equity and advocacy for underserved populations
General knowledge of fiscal management and fundraising in Massachusetts (2 years preferred)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
