Job Summary

The Team
This role leads theAuditPortfolio forthe Capital Access Platforms (CAP)division.Youllmanagea team ofthree auditorsandbe part of a high-performing results-driven international culture that values creativity agility and collaboration.

Your role and responsibilities

  • As a direct report to the Chief Audit Executive develop anddriveexecutionoftheAuditPlan for theCAPAudit Portfolio in collaboration with Internal Audit leadership and the Chief Audit Executive.

  • Operate as a member of the Internal Audit Leadership Team to collaborate on variousstrategic andfunctional initiatives and activities andhelp drive team direction through key decision-makingprocesses.

  • Provide leadership toInternalAuditpersonnel throughongoingcoaching and development and real time performance management

  • Partner with senior business leaders acrossCAPto assess and enhance risk management governancebusiness processesand internal controls.

  • Lead and deliver multiple concurrent audit projects managing priorities and timelines effectively.

  • Define audit scopes perform auditproceduresand evaluatebusiness processes and thedesign and operating effectiveness ofprocedures and internalcontrols.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders toensure developedManagement ActionPlans appropriatelyaddressthe root cause(s) ofauditfindings andfollow up on action plan status until completion.

  • Buildandmaintainstrong relationships withkey stakeholders.

What you bring

  • 15 years of experience in internal audit orrelatedrisk-focused discipline.

  • Proven experienceworking with regulated businesses and/or financial exchanges.

  • Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Strong understanding of process design riskmanagement and internal controls

Preferred qualifications

  • Are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)or equivalent certification

  • Have experience auditing or advising on processes such as sales billing accounting product development and management project management and technology risk

  • Have experience identifying opportunities to utilize audit automation and/or AI in the performance of audit activities

  • Have experience leading coaching and developinga team that is not co-located with you

  • Have familiarity with global regulatory environments and governance frameworks.

  • Havedemonstratedabilityto lead in a matrixed fast-paced and evolving environment.

The base pay range for this role is $143000 - $279000. In addition to base salary Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive) and equity (long-term incentive) comprehensive benefits and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to: skill set experience education/training business needs and market demands.
