General Surgery Physician – Willmar, MN

General Surgeon wanted to join the team in this full spectrum practice with home call for level 3 trauma center in Southwestern Minnesota

Summary

This position offers a balanced mix of office-based care and surgical practice with light trauma coverage. You will join a highly experienced fellowship-trained surgical team with expertise in colorectal laparoscopic and foregut procedures. The role is part of CentraCares established St. Cloud practice which includes 15 surgeons and 10 advanced practice providers providing strong support across subspecialized and higher-acuity care such as advanced laparoscopic vascular thoracic oncology and trauma surgery.

• Call 1:4/5

• Outreach one day/week

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$500000 - $660000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

• BE/BC in General Surgery
