About the Role

Highly Likely is looking for a Dishwasher whos dependable fast organized and ready to be a key part of our kitchen team. This role is all about keeping things clean flowing and service-ready at all times. You may not be the one taking orders or plating food but you are a huge part of what makes the whole restaurant work.

Were looking for someone who takes pride in doing things well doesnt mind getting their hands dirty and can keep up in a busy kitchen while staying positive and team-focused.

What Youll Do

• Wash dishes glassware flatware pots pans and kitchen tools quickly and thoroughly
• Keep the dish pit clean organized and running smoothly throughout service
• Help maintain a clean kitchen including floors mats sinks trash areas and storage spaces
• Take out trash recycling and compost as needed
• Put away clean dishes and equipment where they belong
• Support the kitchen team with cleaning and organization projects during slower moments
• Help receive and organize deliveries when needed
• Follow all food safety sanitation and workplace safety standards
• Jump in wherever needed to help the team keep things moving

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a hot wet and fast-moving kitchen environment

Experience

Restaurant experience is great but not required. Were happy to train someone with the right attitude work ethic and reliability.
