Job Description: GENERAL OFFICE CLERK
Work responsibilities include:
- Bank deposit posting and reconciling
- Schedule reconciliations
- Maintain filing
- Assist with Car Deal/contracts paper-work
- Stock in New & Used Inventory
- Assist with work overflow of Admin Office
- Flexibility and the ability to work well with others
- Compile verify record and process forms and documents
- Perform bookkeeping tasks

Education:
High School Diploma
Qualifications:
2 years experience in AUTOMOTIVE administrative roles
Skills:
Good computer skills including excel spreadsheets
Great attention to detail
Well organized
Must be reliable responsible detailed and possess a strong work ethic & have AUTOMOTIVE accounting experience !!!

Pay $20.00-$23.00 depending on experience

The office assistance clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $25.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
