Project Manager (Kitchen Remodeling)

• Run multiple job sites efficiently and safely.
• Finish carpentry skills and the ability to help with installations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and team members and manage scheduling.
• Manage 3-5 employees.
• Create and maintain schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated tracked and being proactively managed.
• Inspect projects and forward feedback to the franchise owner and other team members.
• Work with the Materials Manager to address any missing defective or incorrect materials .
• Problem solve and communicate changes to the project plan and schedule.
• Manage the installation of all countertops including coordinating measure dates install dates plumbing and associated materials such as sinks and faucets.
• Drive excellence in customer service including customer communications prep of job site cleanliness end of project gifts and the management of the Review and Referral Program.
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our company Trustpoints within the scope of the contract within budget and compliant with codes and ordinances.

• A minimum of to 3-5 years of basic remodeling experience
