Job Summary
WHAT YOULL DO:
Inspecting:
Visually manually and digitally examining products and rawmaterials to ensure they meet Anduril standards as described byengineering both internal and external as well asquality managementsystem (QMS) requirements.
Measuring:
Using calipers gauges micrometers and/or metrology tomeasure product dimensions to verify they match the design.
Testing:
Running tests to identify defects and using machines to testproducts via Tap testing manual testing and NDT/NDI methods.
Comparing:
Comparing products to3D CADmodel and specifications toensure they meet designed tolerance.
Recording:
Reporting inspection and testprocedures and their resultantdata or results uch as weights temperatures and quantitiesinspected
Process Improvements:
Recommending changes to the assembly orproduction process based on findings from inspections/tests.
Rejecting:
Removing/Red tagging products and materials that dontmeet specifications until the issue is resolved.
Communicating:
Communicating product quality standards toTechnicians leads and managers and communicating feedback oninspection method effectiveness to engineers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security clearance.
High School graduate or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of Composite Fabrication or aerospace equivalent experience.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
Polished communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented and motivated to improve processes and increasequality
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Self-autonomy and strong work ethic.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work at a fast pace medium to heavy duty assembly in amanufacturing environment.
Fit enough to complete regular stair climbing frequent bendingstooping kneeling twisting turning and standing for extended periods.
Capable of lifting at least 40 pounds and withstand frequent repetitive movement of hands with a variety of tooling.
US Salary Range
$52000 - $69000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations.
