What Youll Be Doing
Lead daily production activities to ensure safe efficient and reliable aggregate operations.
Coach and support team members to maintain high performance and adherence to operating standards.
Monitor equipment and production processes identifying issues and coordinating timely corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production and inventory records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Promote a safetyfirst culture through active engagement communication and accountability.

Work Environment
This role operates in an active aggregates production setting involving exposure to outdoor weather conditions moving machinery elevated noise levels and varying terrain. Personal protective equipment is required. The position involves regular standing walking climbing and lifting as part of daily responsibilities.
