ERP Implementation Lead – 1 Year Contract
Job Summary
The YMCA of the Southern Interior of BC (YSIBC) is implementing NetSuite a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for Finance to strengthen financial controls purchasing oversight reporting and day-to-day efficiency.
We are seeking an ERP Implementation Lead to support the Director of Finance as a hands-on internal delivery lead for this ERP this role you will work alongside Finance leaders operational leads the IT team and the external implementation partner to support day-to-day delivery (planning requirements process design testing training supports cutover and stabilization). As NetSuite is implemented you may also have opportunities to strengthen existing business practices by partnering with connected divisions where processes and data touch Finance.
This position is ideal for someone who combines finance and operations knowledge with strong implementation delivery skills someone who can both lead and do the work translate needs into workable system solutions and leave behind clear documentation that helps teams operate consistently after go live.
In addition 25% of this role supports IT initiatives primarily the Complex Cloud Data Migration project by helping execute elements of the project plan supporting cross department IT data work and contributing to other general IT project tasks as needed.

What youll be doing
- Coordinating day-to-day delivery of a NetSuite ERP implementation keeping people aligned informed and moving forward
- Partnering with Finance and operational leaders to define priority processes controls and approvals turning ideas into clear documentation
- Supporting data readiness testing and go-live activities with a strong focus on quality and usability
- Creating and maintaining core implementation materials such as work instructions decision logs and reporting definitions
- Acting as a connector across teams and vendors tracking actions risks and decisions to keep delivery on course.
What you bring
- Hands-on experience supporting end-to-end ERP or finance system implementations (NetSuite experience is an asset)

Employment Term & Compensation
This is a one-year contract position offering an opportunity to play a key role in an important system implementation while contributing to meaningful work that supports our community.
Compensation:
$37.00 $40.00 per hour
