What Youll Be Doing

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide responsive solutionsfocused support
• Prepare quotes process orders and manage inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with production logistics and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently guide customers toward the right solutions
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance customer satisfaction

Work Environment
This role is based in an office setting within our Winnipeg Pipe Division working closely with internal teams and customers. It involves frequent communication by phone email and digital platforms with occasional visits to yard or production areas as needed.
