Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting vacuuming mopping and sanitizing various areas.
- Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are clean organized and well-maintained.
- Manage laundry services including washing drying folding and storing linens.
- Conduct thorough floor care including sweeping mopping and carpet cleaning as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service in the hospitality industry.

Job Types: Full-time Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour
