As a key member of the Creativity & Productivity Enterprise team you will shape the strategy and execution that drive global growth and sales performance for Adobes Creative Cloud businessincluding Creative Foundation one of Adobe Enterprises largestEnterprisesolutions.
Your deepexpertisein SaaSEnterprisesalesand consumption-based monetization models -combined witha track recordof leading largescale highimpact initiatives-will enable you to deliver meaningful outcomes across this role you will partner closely with Product Marketing Sales Finance Pricing and Operations to lead complex crossfunctional programs that enhance customer experiences accelerate new customer acquisition and strengthen longterm retention.
This role willleadthe development and execution of Enterprise GTM strategies acrossAdobes growingEnterprise Creative Foundationportfolio. You willleveragedata customer insights andcross functionalpartnershipstoshape strategic priorities inform executive decisionmakingand operationalizeGTMstrategies.
As a people leader you will lead and develop a smallhigh impactteam setting direction coaching talent and ensuring delivery against strategic Enterprise GTM priorities.
Success in this role requiresoperatingeffectively ina large complex data environmentand synthesizing sophisticated business and customer analyses into clear recommendationsscalable programs and measurable outcomes.
We are especially looking for a leader with a strong management consulting foundation and exposure to Generative AI driven business transformation who can bring structured problem solving executive-level storytelling and forward-looking AI perspectives into our GTM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own Enterprise GTM strategy forAdobesCreative Foundationbusiness scaling adoption while expanding usage footprint and long-term customer value across Enterprise.
Partner with across-matrixteamincluding Product Marketing SalesPricingOperations and Product teams to develop and implement plans that deliver quarterly and annual sales goals
Develop andmaintaindeep understanding of each customer segment and provide insights to Productand Product Marketingteams that result in improved product capabilities and experiences
Identifyand prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g.country route-to-market vertical product) and develop programs to deliver against these opportunities (test implement). Drive cross-functional collaborations to achieve the same goal at country level.
Preempt and problem-solveoperational issues; lead and integrate cross-functional efforts.
Qualifications/Experience
BS/BApreferred OR12 yearsof experiencein management consulting OR equivalent practical experience.MBA preferred.
6 years of people management experience
Strong preferenceofexperience at top tier consulting firms (e.g. strategy or management consulting) whereyouadvised enterprise clients on growth strategy digital transformation or AI-led transformation initiatives
Customer-first orientation with deep global experience working across various customer segments
Provenability to design and operationalize SaaS and consumption-based monetization strategiestooptimizecustomer experience and unlock growth.
Genuine desire to have your impact measured in real-world metrics that correlate to quarterly and annual sales success
Demonstrated leadership success in dynamic environments rapidlyanticipatingand adapting to shifting priorities
Strong experience leadingdirect andcross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives
Ability to rapidly assess a problem define options evaluate and implement to address critical business issues
Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving
The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action presenting supporting facts and data to back up your position
Extraordinary communication skills both verbal and written at all levels
A solid sense of self balanced with the drive to put team first
Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams
Experience with Generative AIbusiness models pricing strategies and toolsis a plus

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$320000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California the pay range for this position is $221000 - $320000
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
