In this role youll partner with businesses to deliver customized pest management solutions that protect their people properties and reputations. Youll own your pipeline build long-term client relationships and play a key role in our continued growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Build and grow a book of commercial clients through prospecting networking and referrals
Conduct site visits identify client needs and present tailored pest management solutions
Close new business and secure recurring service agreements
Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM (tracking leads proposals and client interactions)
Partner with operations to ensure a seamless handoff and strong client experience
Maintain ongoing relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and follow-through
Excellent organization and time management skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business tools
Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally
Compensation & Earnings Potential:
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $150000 annually
Base Salary: $60000 ongoing base
Guaranteed Earnings Ramp (First 9 Months):
To support your success while you build your pipeline we offer a guaranteed salary during your ramp-up period:
Months 13: $90000 annualized guarantee
Months 46: $80000 annualized guarantee
Months 79: $70000 annualized guarantee
Month 10 onward: $60000 base salary commissions
Commission Structure:
10% of annual margin on non-recurring services
15% of annual margin on recurring services
