Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and grow a book of commercial clients through prospecting networking and referrals
- Conduct site visits identify client needs and present tailored pest management solutions
- Close new business and secure recurring service agreements
- Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM (tracking leads proposals and client interactions)
- Partner with operations to ensure a seamless handoff and strong client experience
- Maintain ongoing relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and follow-through
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business tools
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $150000 annually
- Base Salary: $50000 ongoing base
- To support your success while you build your pipeline we offer a guaranteed salary during your ramp-up period:
- Months 13: $80000 annualized guarantee
- Months 46: $70000 annualized guarantee
- Months 79: $60000 annualized guarantee
- Month 10 onward: $50000 base salary commissions
- 10% of annual margin on non-recurring services
- 15% of annual margin on recurring services
