Job Description:

Campus Recreation engages students and the Baylor community in experiential learning and recreational and leisure activities that equip individuals to live balanced holistic and healthy lifestyles. The Fitness Center enhances the mission by helping students faculty & staff engage in healthy lifestyle practices encouraging cardiovascular and muscular fitness.

This role provides quality customer service and maintains a safe clean and enjoyable environment for all Fitness Center patrons. Primary responsibilities include greeting patrons tracking attendance cleaning & organizing equipment ensuring the safe use of all exercise equipment educating patrons on Fitness Center usage policies and assisting with spotting as needed. Moderate to heavy lifting is required to organize gym equipment. Must have strong communication skills the ability to work with a team and display time management skills.

-Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility

-Assist with various projects activities and tasks related to business operations
-Ability to comply with University policies
-Maintain regular and punctual attendance
